Best NFL Player Prop Bets for Week 4

Will Clyde Edwards-Helaire build upon his strong Week 3? Giving you my two favorite NFL player prop bets that I'm confident will pay out for Week 4.

Each week I’ll pick a couple of my favorite NFL player prop bets over on DraftKings Sportsbook, track my progress, and see how I do at the end of the year. Here are my best picks for Week 4.

Last week I had my first miss of the season bringing me to 5-1 on these props through three weeks. Kyle Pitts and the sputtering Atlanta Falcons offenses could not amass 56+ yards receiving for Pitts. We smashed the under 82.5 yards rushing for Antonio Gibson as Washington was blown out by the Bills and forced to pass early.

With the undefeated streak broken, we move in to Week 4.

Clyde Edwards-Helaire, 58.5 rushing yards — OVER

After pouncing on the hapless Falcons to open the season, the Philadelphia Eagles have struggled against stiffer competition in the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers. Ezekiel Elliot and Tony Pollard had good games against the Eagles, both besting the 59 yards on the ground we’ll need to pay this one off. With the one-man show in Kansas City, I think we’ll see CEH build on last week’s 100-yard performance.

I was tempted to hit the over on the rushing+receiving yards (75.5), but so far this season Patrick Mahomes just has not done a lot of throwing the running backs. So, I’ll take the slight discount in yards and stick with the pure rushing bet here.

Antonio Gibson, 15.5 receiving yards — OVER

I’m going back to the well with another Antonio Gibson prop here. The Falcons have given up 16 or more yards to the opposing lead back in every game so far this season. Gibson has put up more than 16 yards in 2-of-3 games so far. The only game he didn’t beat this mark was Week 2 against the New Jersey Giants, the game J.D. McKissic caught 5 balls for 83 yards.

This matchup should be nearly unwatchable outside of reveling in the greatness that is Cordarrelle Patterson and the curiosity that is Kyle Pitts. This is a set it and forget it wager if there ever was one.
