Best NFL Player Prop Bets for Week 6

Will the Najee Harris train keep rolling against the Seahawks? Giving you my favorite NFL player prop bets that I'm confident will pay out for Week 6.

Each week I pick a couple of my favorite NFL player prop bets over on DraftKings Sportsbook, track my progress, and see how I do at the end of the year. Here are my best picks for Week 6.

Recapping last week, Nick Chubb crushed the OVER on 84.5 yards, rushing for 161 against the Chargers. Likewise, Cordarrelle Patterson smashed the OVER on 66.5 yards rushing + receiving, amassing 114 yards despite leaving the game early.

Those two stellar performances get us back on the winning track, making us 2-0 for the week and 8-2 on the season.

Najee Harris, 71.5 yards rushing vs Seahawks — OVER

Harris finally broke the century mark, posting 122 yards yards against the Broncos in Week 5. The big rushing total should continue in Week 6 as Pittsburgh faces the Seahawks. With Russell Wilson set to miss several weeks with a finger injury, Geno Smith will be under center for Seattle. Even with Russell Wilson as their QB, the Hawks defense was giving up more than 125 yards rushing per contest. They have a bottom-1o rush defense per NEFF rating.

While the Steelers aren’t the strongest team in the league, I imagine they could outright dominate the Geno-Smith-led Seahawks. Getting out to a big lead early bodes well for this rather modest rushing mark of only 72 yards.

Justin Herbert, 292.5 yards passing vs Ravens — OVER

Herbert has topped this mark in three out of five games so far this season, and Ravens are giving up a touch over 300 yards through the air per contest to opposing QBs. Their pass defense ranks 19th in the league right now (per NEFF). With the Ravens offense beginning to heat up, I suspect the Chargers will be forced to air it out to keep up with Lamar Jackson and company. Herbert should have no trouble eclipsing the modest 293 yards passing in Week 6.

PS: At the writing of this article, the number of props up on DraftKings Sportsbook is pretty thin. If you see props out there that have caught your eye, hit us on Twitter @nerdballff or @NFLClark!
