Welcome to Week 15 NFL DFS Pick One where I make my selection from a group of similarly priced players on DraftKings from each of the positions and pick the one I’d take when building my Sunday main slate lineups. With the addition of the three Saturday games this week its a reduced player pool to pick from, which makes finding those edges all the more important.

Quarterback

Justin Fields vs Philadelphia Eagles ($7,400), Justin Herbert vs Tennessee Titans ($7,200) or Joe Burrow @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($7,000)

My Pick – Justin Herbert

Fire up the player facing a defense that has allowed 37 and 36 points to opposing quarterbacks over the last two weeks and who rank in the bottom 5 in pass defense per my NEFF ratings. Herbert has been a solid DFS quarterback over the past four weeks, averaging over 23 points per game and has Mike Williams and Keenan Allen both finally healthy together. Big game incoming for Herbert and the Chargers,

Running Back

Alvin Kamara vs Atlanta Falcons ($6,800), Miles Sanders @ Chicago Bears ($6,500) or David Montgomery vs Philadelphia Eagles ($6,300)

My Pick – Miles Sanders

Sanders feels underpriced this week, especially against a Bears defense that allows the second most fantasy rushing points this season. He also has two games of over 30 points in the last three weeks so we know he’s going to continue to be fed volume. Easy selection for me this week.

Zonovan Knight vs Detroit Lions ($5,300), Jerick McKinnon @ Houston Texans ($5,200) or Latavius Murray vs Arizona Cardinals ($5,100)

My Pick – Zonovan Knight

Bam Knight has been a fantasy revelation since he came into the Jets team less than a month ago and should continue to see a serious workload with the Jets up against one of the top offenses in the NFL. With Zach Wilson back under center, I don’t see any impact on Knight’s output that has seen him average over 15 DFS PPG over those last three games.

Wide Receiver

A.J. Brown @ Chicago Bears ($8,000), Amon-Ra St. Brown @ New York Jets ($7,800) or DeAndre Hopkins @ Denver Broncos ($7,700)

My Pick – A.J. Brown

Even in a quiet week last week, Brown still had a stat line of 4-70-1 for 17 fantasy points against the Giants but we know those huge games are never far away. With the Eagles’ offense on a real tear, I have zero issue in getting A.J. Brown in as many lineups as possible, especially in favorable matchups like the Bears’ 27th rated pass defense per my NEFF ratings.

Mack Hollins vs New England Patriots ($4,600), Michael Gallup @ Jacksonville Jaguars ($4,500) or DJ Chark @ New York Jets ($4,500)

My Pick – DJ Chark

In the Lion’s high-powered offense, Chark is really carving out a role with 10, 15 and 21 fantasy points over the past three weeks. With Amon-Ra ST. Brown likely facing up against defensive rookie of the year candidate Sauce Gardner, this could allow Chark to build again on the promise of the last three weeks.

Tight End

Darren Waller vs New England Patriots ($4,100), Cole Kmet vs Philadelphia Eagles ($4,000) or Evan Engram vs Dallas Cowboys ($3,800)

My Pick – Cole Kmet

As good as Evan Engram was last week, I love the connection Kmet has with Justin Fields. In the absence of any other quality receiving options in the Bears’ passing game, Kmet should continue to see volume and put up a good DFS output.

Defense/Special Teams

Los Angeles Chargers vs Tennessee Titans ($2,900), New England Patriots @ Las Vegas Raiders ($2,800) or Denver Broncos vs Arizona Cardinals ($2,700)

My Pick – New England Patriots

The value here seems crazy for the number one fantasy defense of 2022. The Raiders may be getting healthier on offense, but at under $3k and coming off a 20 point output on Monday night, I’m smashing that draft button to get the Patriots on my DFS roster.
