Quarterback Rankings & Streamers for Week 7 Fantasy Football

Aaron Rodgers is in a smash spot this week facing off against the terrible Washington defense. Full quarterback rankings and streamers for Week 7 fantasy football.

Welcome to my quarterback rankings for Week 7 fantasy football.

It was another wild week for quarterback scoring in fantasy football in Week 6, with no quarterback scoring over 30 points, while Lamar Jackson and Justin Herbert both saw their weekly score drop by over 30 points to finish as the QBs 21 and 22 on the week. My rankings came in bang in line with the average expert rankings at Fantasy Pros, so I’m happy I’m not the only one who missed Jackson and Herbert having bad fantasy days at the office.

Its a bit of a fantasy wasteland in Week 7, with a whopping six teams on bye so that means no Josh Allen, Justin Herbert, Dak Prescott, Kirk Cousins, Trevor Lawrence or Ben Roethlisberger this week. Oof. Nevertheless, I continue to look to build on what I’ve seen so far to give you my fantasy football quarterback rankings for this week, and will break down the key streamers (% rostered via Sleeper) and my favorite value DFS plays for the week ahead (price via DraftKings).

These rankings are subject to change throughout the week, so check back as any quarterback news drops to see how it is reflected in my rankings. If you have any specific quarterback rankings or starts and sits questions, drop them in the comments or you can get me @PaddiCooper on Twitter.

Stream of the Week: Tua Tagovailoa vs Atlanta Falcons (25% rostered)

I had the pleasure of being at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last Sunday to see Tua’s return. He looked good against the Jaguars bar one awful interception and finished the game with 21.36 fantasy points to be the QB11 of Week 6. The match up against the Falcons is a good one as they have allowed the sixth-most points to quarterbacks. Though the Falcons are coming off a bye and the Dolphins are playing straight after a London game, Tua is a strong streaming option this week.

Alternative streamer – Mac Jones vs New York Jets (28% rostered)

DFS Play of the Week: Aaron Rodgers ($7,500) vs Washington Football Team

No team has allowed more points to quarterbacks through six weeks than Washington, giving up just under 26 points per game as their defense has nosedived in 2021. Rodgers has been solid since his opening week flop and DraftKings must also have a good feeling about this game as he’s at his highest salary of the year so far. Pairing him with his top receiving option of Davante Adams ($8,900) will eat a big portion of your budget this week (33%) but the ceiling is high and should be a safe play in DFS this week.

Alternative DFS play – Matthew Stafford vs Detroit Lions ($7,100) – REVENGE GAME ALERT
