Underdog Fantasy Football Pick ‘Em: Best Plays for Week 10

Stacking the Eagles vs Broncos game since Vegas thinks it's going to be a shootout. Giving you my favorite Underdog fantasy football pick 'em for Week 10.

Each week, I pick my favorite NFL player prop bets to build a five pick ’em parlay over on Underdog Fantasy. I track my progress and see how I do at the end of the year. Here are my best picks for Week 10.

My first week on Underdog was forgettable, my worst week writing this column so far this year. I’ll post the results at the bottom of this article, but short story long, I went two for five. Not great.

This week something jumped out at me. The bookies have the Eagles @ Broncos game pegged for around 45 points, and the Broncos are 2.5 point favorites at home. Both of the Broncos and Eagles have looked good against middling to bad teams, and they have each, both looked pretty middling to bad this year. I think we’ll end up hitting a bunch of overs on this game, and so I’m picking my five for this week all from this contest.

Jalen Hurts, OVER 251.5 total yards

Hurts has hit this over five of nine games. The Broncos have given up more than 252 yards four of nine times. Lock it in.

Devonta Smith, OVER 60.5 receiving yards

Smith is coming off one of his best games of the season against a much better Chargers’ secondary. Calm blue skies and a crisp 65 degrees Fahrenheit are projected for this Sunday. The Broncos have been middle-of-the-pack in yards given up to opposing wide receivers, 14th worst, and Smith has gone over this number in four of nine contests.

Teddy Bridgewater, OVER 254.5 passing yards
Courtland Sutton, OVER 57.5 receiving yards
Melvin Gordon, OVER 49.5 rushing yards

We’re betting on a high scoring affair here, and while there are plenty of mouths to feed with Javonte Williams having an excellent rookie year, and Jerry Jeudy back from injury, the ‘old guys’ are getting a little too disrespected on this one. Gordon especially feels like a lock to me as the veteran went over 50 yards just last week and the Eagles are giving up 104.1 rushing yards per game this season.

Week 9 Results

MISS: Alvin Kamara, OVER 117.5 yards rushing + receiving. Finished with 104.

MISS: Ezekiel Elliot, OVER 98.5 rushing + receiving yards. Finished with 76.

HIT: Travis Kelce, OVER .5 receiving touchdowns. Finished with one.

HIT: Tyrod Taylor, OVER 228.5 passing yards. Finished with 240.

MISS: Brandin Cooks, OVER 68.5 receiving yards. Finished with 56 (ON 13 TARGETS)
