Wide Receiver Rankings for Week 6 Fantasy Football

The Brandin Cooks bounce-back week is here! Full wide receiver rankings for Week 6 .5PPR fantasy football.

Week 6 fantasy football is here and so it’s time to take a look at wide receiver rankings for the weekend.

Neither my stream or DFS play hit last week thanks to injury and me forgetting that the Jaguars are bad no matter what and you can never trust them to do anything good. Sigh. Lesson learned. I will never say anything positive about the Jaguars again.

Without further ado, here are my .5PPR wide receiver rankings for 2021 Week 6. I’ve also got for you my top streaming option this week along with my favorite DFS play (salary via FanDuel).

Make sure to check back here throughout the week as I will be making sure to update them as quickly as possible with any new information. As always, if you have specific rankings or starts & sits questions, hit me up on Twitter @petemrogers.

Stream of the Week: Amon-Ra St. Brown vs Cincinnati Bengals

I mentioned St. Brown in my Week 6 waiver wire article and I’m going to bump him again here. As Jared Goff has started to target his wide receivers more, St. Brown has posted back-to-back games with 8 targets and at least 65 yards receiving. The Lions’ receiving core also got thiner this week with Quintez Cephus being placed on IR with a finger injury.

The Lions’ Week 6 matchup vs the Bengals is a nice one for St. Brown to continue his streak. Cincinnati is giving up the 3rd-most receptions and 10th-most yards to wide receivers this season. At just 21% rostered in Sleeper leagues, St. Brown is an excellent stream this week with byes starting for the first time.

DFS Play of the Week: Brandin Cooks ($6,500) vs Indianapolis Colts

I know it’s been a hot minute since Cooks did anything of fantasy note, but let’s not forget just how good this man was through the first three weeks of the season. It’s been two TOUGH matchups for Cooks in back-to-back weeks, facing the Bills and the Patriots. Now he gets to spread his wings again against a Colts secondary that got picked apart by Lamar Jackson on Monday Night Football. I can assure you Cooks will be in every one of my DFS lineups this week at his relatively low cost.
